QuickBooks Entry Checklist

Every active teacher and every tutor, each with her total annual pay, in one list to work down while entering QuickBooks. A teacher's amount is already net of any allocated amount; a 🎓 Tutor badge means it also includes tutoring pay — hover the badge for the breakdown — because she's either linked to a tutor record (teaching + tutoring combined on one row) or is a standalone tutor with no teacher record at all (her own row, tutoring pay only). "Contract signed" only applies to teachers — a tutor's contract is generated per student, not one per tutor, so her row shows "—" there. Check her off once she's entered into QB, and separately once her signed contract is back (teachers only). Everything here saves immediately and stays as you left it, so this list is safe to leave and come back to.
