Schedule / Payroll Crosscheck

Compares each teacher's weekly schedule against what she's actually paid for (compensation_items). Flags three kinds of mismatches: a paid subject that's missing from the schedule, a subject on the schedule more or fewer times than she's paid for, or a subject on the schedule with no matching pay at all. period_equivalent and flat pay items are excluded — they don't correspond to real class periods.
