Tutoring Overview
Every student and tutor in one grid — each cell is the number of sessions planned for the year for that pairing, adjusted for any subs/refunds/makeups already logged (shown as "of N planned" when it differs). Click a cell to go log what actually happened for that student on that tutor's page. Row totals are the current amount to bill the family for the year, already adjusted for every logged exception — even ones not yet actually refunded. Column totals are the current amount each tutor has earned for the year, same adjustment, plus anything she's earned covering another tutor's session (shown as its own "covering: N ($X)" note wherever it applies, and rolled into her column total). The Admire column is a simple checkbox for the bookkeeper to track which students have been entered into Admire — check it off as she goes.
💵 Log a parent billing reset
When a family's bill above has drifted from its actual (exception-adjusted) figure enough to act on — a refund actually issued, say — log it here and reset the go-forward annual plan for that assignment. "Latest baseline" is pre-filled from the current baseline (the last logged reset, or the contracted formula if none yet) — editable, since the actual reset amount may round or otherwise differ for an outside reason. Once logged, "New baseline" becomes the parent-billing baseline everywhere else — only exceptions logged after this date will count against it. (Tutor pay resets are logged on the tutor's own page instead — that's a payment to her, not to a family.)
